What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching supports you in the present to create a plan for the future. Coaches act as accountability partners to help you reach your goals. Therapy helps navigate mental health challenges and often focuses on resolving past issues.
How long will this take?
I usually start with eight 1-hour sessions—enough time to get to know each other, clarify goals, and make real progress. After that, we can continue as needed. Individual appointments are also available if you prefer not to commit to a package.

Do you see clients in person?
Most sessions are virtual via Zoom. In-person meetings are available for clients in Central Maryland. I’m also reachable between sessions by email or Messenger.

How much does it cost?
The 8-week package is $600. Individual 1 hour sessions are $80 each.*

What is your background or training?
I completed an intensive coaching training program at the University of Maryland Baltimore County and am a Certified Professional Coach through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC).
