I am a certified professional life coach supporting families who are caring for a loved one with a disability, neurodivergence, or mental health challenges. I work with individuals and groups, offerings services both in-person and online.

Therapeutic Art

I guide clients to use creative expression as a tool for self-discovery. Through art, you can explore feelings, uncover new perspectives, and better understand the challenges in your life. No prior art experience is needed — this work is about the process, not the product.
